Jo takes the kids through fun breathing exercises and teaches them ways to help calm themselves if they need to. Jo has recently published her first mindful activity book 12 Pages of yoga poses to colour in and mindful exercises for the whole family.

We sing songs and move our bodies throughout the class in preparation for stillness. Yoga poses strengthen the bones and muscles in our bodies.
While simultaneously creating space for the body and mind to relax, release tension and let go. Yoga and meditation help to calm our kids when they're stressed, when kids are upset or when kids are worried.
